TERRIBLE. I am now being told by Jaguar that they WILL NOT honour a 12 month warranty on a part supplied by them and fitted because of some very bogus , (shell game) they are definitely dealing with me very unfairly and I am going to bomb them on all complaints site it is disgusting they can get away with this ..

DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT AND DEFINITELY DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO HONOUR THEIR WARRANTIES !

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT , invest you hard earned money on a Mercedes where after sales support is brilliant and the Customer is NUMBER 1 ALWAYS and without fail, I should have stayed with my Merc..

I recently bought an XE and after the poor quality and non-existent customer service I never will again, or recommend them. I got the premium paint. The car has 3 significant manufacturing paint defects, a dent in the B pillar between the doors that has been painted over and the rear spoiler is fitted off center. After 2 months of calling Jaguar Australia for rectification all they have offered is a respray at a smash repairer. Not something I will accept for a brand new car. Jaguar sold me a factory second at a new car price and now take no responsibility. Stick with the German cars people, Jaguar Australia have no care for the customer (first hand experience) Jaguar Australia are condescending and arrogant With no regard for the customer who pays their wages. Jaguar Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Disgusting people.
